As a member of the public you have the right to complain to the Liquor Licensing Division if you are being disturbed by a licensed business or believe you have been ill-treated as a patron.
The most common grounds for complaint are:
A complaint to the Liquor Licensing Division must be made in writing. It should detail your concerns and include the dates and times of any incidents.
If you are not prepared to lodge a written complaint or wish to remain anonymous there is no guarantee your complaint will be investigated. All written complaints will be acknowledged and followed up.
All written complaints received by the Liquor Licensing Division will be treated confidentially unless otherwise requested.
