The Wine Industry Act 1994 and the Wine Industry Regulation 1995 regulate the sale and supply of wine in Queensland.
The Act is administered by Liquor Licensing Queensland.
A copy of the Wine Industry Act 1994 and the Wine Industry Regulation 1995 can be downloaded and printed from the Office of the Queensland Parliamentary Counsel.
