Even if you do not frequent licensed premises, as a member of the community, you may be affected by such businesses or certain sections of the Liquor Act 1992.
Among other things, this section of the Liquor Licensing website provides information on how to lodge a complaint or an objection as well as the law relating to travelling through Indigenous communities with alcohol restrictions in place.
