On 1 March 2005, the Premier released a 17-point Brisbane City Safety Action Plan which includes a section on ‘Managing Alcohol’ which has implications for both licensees and the community.
The plan specifically addresses issues associated with liquor consumption on premises that trade after 1am in the Brisbane City Council area.
