All liquor related infringement notices are payable within 28 days to Liquor Licensing.
The details of the liquor related offence are displayed on the ticket.
You can pay your infringement notice:
1. By phone on 1300 139 671. You will need a current credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) to utilise this service and it is for full payment only. Upon acceptance of payment you will be issued a receipt number that you should record.
2. By mail (do not send cash)
3. In person
8:30am - 4:30pm (Mon - Fri)
Fines are payable within 28 days of the issuing of the Infringement Notice. If mailing the payment, you will need to allow sufficient time for mail delivery. Extensions are not granted by the Liquor Licensing Division.
If the penalty is $150 or more you may apply to pay the fine by instalments under a Voluntary Instalment Plan (VIP).
If the penalty remains unpaid after the due date the outstanding amount will be registered for enforcement by the State Penalties Enforcement Registry (SPER) and a registration fee will be payable in addition to the fine.
Once the file is lodged with SPER they will make all efforts to have the fine finalised and this may result in a warrant being issued, incurring additional fees.
